President's Room

This room contains flexible seating for events and programs with a seating capacity of up to 70 people with easy access off East High Street at the SW corner of Harrison Street in the Village of Ashley.  Tables can be rearranged to meet your event needs. Chairs can be staked out of the way to provide room for more attendees. 

The room has a stage, multimedia speakers, projector, screen, a mobile bar, beverage troughs and a list of other supplies that keeps growing. Our restroom facilities down the hall providing you room to set up the ultimate atmosphere for your event.  Let us help you plan your next event.

Room dimensions are 31 feet wide by 54 feet in depth providing 1,650 sq. ft. of floor area for events and programs. This larger facility is our main community gathering area at Harrison Place and is open to members who need space to work through the week and hold smaller meetings or work sessions.

Reservations for up to 6 hours start at $200 during the week and $300 on the weekend for your next event. We have 24-hour rentals available at little extra cost.  You can also add on the Edison Game Room for a small additional fee if you want to reserve the entire facility. Members can reserve the President's Room during the week at $25 / hour.
