Our fitness program currently includes 4-classes per week (2 Yoga classes and 2 Pound classes) with certified instructors. Individual classes are $8 each and we offer a monthly club pass for $35 that provides access to all courses offered in the month. We suggest arriving 10-minutes early to pay the course fee and set up your space on the floor.
We welcome visitors to try the program for free at Harrison Place during their first visit. We are always evaluating best times for classes, so if you have a suggestion that works for you, let us know.
Typical fitness class is 45-minutes.
We offer fitness mats and Pound sticks for lease ($2 per session) or sale ($20 each). We have plenty in stock... stop by and pick up yours before the next class.
